Refund Policy

Returns.

We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods (Bags goods are final sale).
  • Buyer must obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from National Pool Tiles before returning any items
  • Items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged.
  • Buyer is financially responsible for the return of the item.
  • National Pool Tiles offers a refund for returns to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase once items are inspected and return is approved by manufacturer. Return subject to inspection and 25% restocking fee.
  • We will NOT refund any money for packages returned without issuing of a Return Authorization number
  • Individual glass tile sheets, samples, trim tile, and made-to-order products are not returnable.
  • Please note: All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 DAMAGE POLICY:

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Please supply proof of damage or defect with a photograph of the package and/or product. Email proof and description to info@nationalpsd.com
  • Inspect all deliveries even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If items are damaged on arrival an exchange will be made or credit issued. Write down any visible damage such as a crushed box, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and contact our customer service department immediately. Customers must inspect each box upon delivery to make sure they received the items they ordered.

Additional non-returnable items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Custom made Mosaics 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nationalpooltiles.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nationalpooltiles.com requesting an RMA before sending it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
